LCG Event Group utilizes top-of-the-line audio and lighting equipment to ensure the best experience for our clients and their guests. Our general setup includes two high tops, DJ booth, and a lighting gig-bar. However, we do offer other professional sound systems, various lighting options, and additional equipment.

The setup and takedown of equipment are included in our services at LCG Event Group. We will arrive early to set up the necessary audio and lighting equipment and ensure everything is in working order. After the event, our team will handle the efficient and timely breakdown of the equipment. 

LCG Event Group includes travel within a specified radius in our pricing packages. For events outside of this radius, a travel fee may apply to cover additional expenses such as transportation and travel time. Please contact us with your event location for more information. 

Yes, at LCG Event Group, we provide a written contract for all our services. The contract outlines the terms and conditions, including the event details, agreed-upon services, pricing, cancellation policy, and other relevant information. To ensure we have ample time to curate the perfect playlist for your event, we kindly request your music list at least two weeks prior to the event date. This allows our DJs to review your preferences, make any necessary preparations, and incorporate your requested songs seamlessly into the event.
